Treinar, ouvir musica e marcar seus intervalos entre séries. Muito bom! O unico ponto a ser melhorado é que não é possivel abrir as listas de reprodução pelo aplicativo.

有酸素運動30秒&無酸素運動30秒を交互で行うサーキットダイエットのタイマーとしてダウンロードしましたが、これはそれには向いていません。オール英語表記でわかりにくかったです。英語が読めれば別なのかも。自分のプレイリストにアクセスしてくれるのは、好きな音楽とトレーニングできて良かったです。
