My Revenue Promo: Users can keep track and manage their expenses/revenue with monthly budget My Revenueis an application that allows users to keep a visual track record of both their expenses and revenue. It allows users to manage both expense and revenue items in one application. Users can go into Settings and edit and review the following categories: Expense Category Expense Sub Category Revenue Category Revenue Sub Category Set Month Budget Set Currency Currency Converter You can add categories and subcategories for both expense and revenue items. For each item; the user can enter the specific amount of money with a description (optional) and the date the purchase was made. For example; under the expense category, a user can add the category ‘entertainment’. Under expense subcategory, ‘movie theatre or games’ can be further added. For example; under the revenue category, a user can add the category ‘salary’. Under revenue subcategory, salaries coming in from different jobs can be further added. There is also a unique category, titled ‘miscellaneous’ for items that can be grouped under one purchase so as to save time. For example, if you buy groceries from a store and buy 15 items, instead of writing each item individually, you can group all your purchases under one name. This function can be used similarly for revenue items. Users are able to set a unique monthly budget. A running total is kept to keep track of all expenses added. Therefore as expenses are added, the monthly expenditure keeps increasing and the month balance is calculated using set month budget as a reference point. The month balance is shown as green as long as monthly expenditures are below the monthly budget. The month balance is shown as red and a sound alert is made when the monthly expenditures surpass the monthly budget. Users are also able to set the type of currency they use. Example: Canadian dollar, German Euro, USA dollar More currencies will be added in the future. The Currency Converter links to the website: www.xe.com. This website allows users to view current currency conversion rates. All entered expenses or revenues can be displayed as individual items in one list. Users are able to edit the details of the items by clicking on the specific item from the list. The graph feature of this app allows users to view a graphical representation of expenses category vs. amount of money, expenses subcategory vs. amount of money, revenue category vs. amount of money, or revenue subcategory vs. amount of money.
