This is an exercise planner and workout log.
Stop spending so much time fiddling with your phone at the gym people… If it takes more then 5 seconds to pick your phone up, add your set and put your phone down, then you need a better app.
Workout uses a fast input method that has you tapping as little as possible. Auto fill of your previous set from your previous workout is included. In addition, if your weight goes up on a set Workout will auto fill the improvement for the rest of your workout.
Workout is a powerful tool that gives you true value. Part of the Transformation Suite family of apps, Workout is designed to do what you need quickly and without fuss.
Taking a unique approach to your exercises, Workout doesn’t simply give you a giant list. Exercises are given context, just like in the real world, using variations. How many apps have you used where you had the words “Bicep Curl” listed a whole bunch of times because for one you’re alternating, standing, isolating, using a barbell, or any other variation? Well not anymore! In Workout you perform variations of your exercises and that is what is recorded in your log. It just makes sense…
Why is it that when you do an exercise in one workout your history gets filled in from when you did that exercise in a different workout? In Workout, it’s not. Your exercises are kept separate, even if you do the same exercise in the same workout more then once.
