Description
Transitory is the easiest way to share your GPS location in realtime with friends. With just one tap, you can share your live whereabouts at a private URL for a set amount of time, which you can then send to as few or as many people as you want. After the time is up, your URL self-destructs and can no longer be viewed. Recipients of the private URL dont need the Transitory app or even a smartphone -- as long as they can view a link in a browser they can see where you are for the amount of time you allow. Transitory doesnt require you to create any accounts, is completely anonymous, and completely free.

Transitory can be used in hundreds of ways!
- Post your Transitory URL to Facebook while running a marathon so your friends can track your progress for a few hours
- Text your Transitory URL to a friend who youre about to pick up so he can see when you arrive rather than having to ask
- Text your Transitory URL to the friend you just finished hanging out with so he can make sure you get home safely at night
- Tweet your Transitory URL to your followers while youre vacationing in Paris so they can see which interesting landmarks you visit
- Email your Wiffle Ball meetup group a Transitory URL when your meetup begins so everyone knows where in the park to meet
