Transsistant is a transit assistant that makes your daily commuting easier and brings all your favourite website features together in one app, such as real-time union station departures so that you will never be surprised at last minute when your train switched platform, real-time transit status updates including GO Train and TTC Buses, easy access to your PRESTO card online website to load money, change autoload amount or report lost and stolen, as well as claim service credit. Note: The app is working as a browser and all information you entered are sent to the destination website directly through highly secured web link. We will continue to improve it and make it the best public transit companion for Toronto commuters. === NOTE === 1. PRESTO card is currently available in limited cities such as Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ottawa. This app is tested in GTA only and may not be fully operational outside GTA. 2. All info provided by Transsitant are fetched from public available websites as is and its not guaranteed to be 100% correct. 3. Only problem I have is delay updates are not always correct. Either delays are not posted or estimated delay time is way off.

Its only to view the balance in your account

It only shows balance, no other usage details are ever populated. Application is not very useful.

Works ok for checking balance. I dont know why still display google iAds I thought paying for the app should disable those. Anyways, I would unlikely use this app to go to make payment through this, but if I store credit card with Presto, pushing button would be easy. Solution is auto load so thats not big issue. Pretty ok, could be better.

Where did my money go/do not load presto using this app

I tried to load $20 onto my presto using the app. Turns out it doesnt actually put the money on to your card, but still takes your money. Not pleased. But otherwise this app is useful when it comes to checking balance of my presto card.

The app is only good to view card balance other than that its useless, cant load money, the online bus and train info is hard to manage, I have better apps for free!! Dont download.

I thought this might be a good way to track presto and go info in one app. NOT! No way to select favorite routes! And then they stick adverts in the alarm screen! Oh well! Competition will certainly come for you!
