TRAQ is a digital solution that enables data recording of quality assurance of products/services on the go. The quality audits include supplier QA supplier, QA audits, inward inspection & approval, PDI & customer handover Inspections, field service and also for all kinds of EHS audits.
With this app, you can:
1. Perform on-site inspections with “offline capability”:
This feature allows the inspection to be conducted even where the internet is not available.
2. Track accountability with multi-level authorization:
Deployment of TRAQ ensures full ownership and accountability and real-time collaboration across the entire organization resulting in quick resolution of site issues.
3. Monitor workmanship, control in-process quality and record inspection data in a digital and paperless format:
TRAQ ensures effective management control and high-quality execution of work even at distant worksites and provides access to critical site information along with the progress status of work done in real-time.
4. Generate real-time reports with digital recording. This allows data analytics and dashboard management.
TRAQ web console enables the generation of management reports and its analytics by accessing inspection data.
5. Capture inspection response:
The inspection response can be sent to a specific person. It can be used to capture the evidence while submitting the final response. It allows you to even leave a remark for the same too.
