Tribe365® is a self-leadership app that helps individuals take ownership of their journey, build mental strength and resilience, and develop the capabilities to lead others and achieve maximum results.
Where does “finding your vibe” come in?
Your perspective is central to your world. We all have brains and relationships that affect how we feel, which largely determines our happiness. Feeling good is vital. While we can adjust expectations to feel better, true alignment requires understanding your DNA, experiences, and desired future self. Finding your vibe is about this deep, internal alignment, which we support you in exploring and managing in the external world. The goal is a natural, organic balance within yourself and your environment.
What’s the trick?
We support deliberate self-reflection, or Metacognition, on yourself and your relationships using a set framework.
So, it’s a Self-Reflection app?
Yes and no. Reflection is key, but it's grounded by the structured HPTM® (High Performing Team Member) framework. This ensures focused reflection with defined outcomes, supporting you to own your perspective and achieve the best results.
What’s important about the HPTM® framework?
The HPTM® framework is based on the Neuroscience of BTFA™ (Believe, Think, Feel, Act), which provides the language to discuss the brain. Focus is shaped around the five HI-PB’S™ Metacognitive Autonomous Systems (Honesty, Inclusiveness, Purpose, Balance, Structure). The introduction module shows how your perspective in these systems directly impacts your engagement, alignment, and feelings.

Anyone over 16 who wants to:
