Description

How can you find your best loan? The only way is to compare the true rate. The true rate take into account all the costs; the initial cost, the term cost and the interest. The rate - the nominal interest rate - given by the financial institutions tells only part of the story. Compares also with best loans and average rate in your neighborhood, all loan rates visible in a map. Debt control: Doesnt your income cover the monthly debt payments? Find your total debt and sum cost for it per month. Avoid getting any unpleasant surprises before you increase your debt. It calculates the true rate both for serial and amortized loans, all the costs are included in the calculations. Loan for housing, car, flat all kind of loans are supported. The financial institution can be contacted to get a new improved offer. Loans can be saved, all calculations are saved for later reference. Changes on all loan details are available: rate, amount, image, start cost, term cost and length. monatliche Rate kann nur in % eingegeben werden. Unregelmäßige Ratenzahlung nicht möglich. Nur monatliche Ratenzahlung möglich. Übrig bleibt der Ausweis des Effektivzinssatzes. Aber der wird falsch errechnet, weil er die neueste Rechtsprechung nicht berücksichtigt.

Taugt nicht. Um z.B. Eine Übersicht über schon laufende Darlehen aufzustellen m.E. unbrauchbar. Monatliche Raten kann ich nicht eingeben, nur Anfangsdaten wie Ges.darlehen und Zinsen, Laufzeit etc

...if, somewhere in the description the developer pointed out the limitations of the "LITE" version. Namely, that you can only calculate loans/mortgages for up to 3 years. The full paid version *might* be good but no one can adequately tell from using the LITE version. I wouldnt even bother downloading this one.
