True Ingredients (a band) have joined forces with Pkuczy (an artist), BBE (a record label) and Immersive (a tech platform) to fully realise the vision behind their new album ‘Through the Lens’.

They believe that a great album is about much more than just a collection of songs. It can be an evolving story, energised with creativity, inspiring visuals, captivating performances, and a more dynamic relationship with the fans than simple consumption. ‘Through the Lens’ is an expression of these values, and has enabled them to set a new standard with the world’s first Immersive Album®.

Fans interact with 3D scenes and videos, re-mix the music, and manipulate the imagery around each track, immersing themselves in the experience through thought provoking interactions. These range from highlighting global social issues to enjoying the general party mayhem that forms the core of the music experience.

True Ingredients: on a mission to irrigate fertile earholes and infuse the senses with nutritionally balanced and socially responsible rebelliousness. Fusing music, live shows, technology, and sunglasses(!) in a ground breaking way. With hundreds of shows under their belt in festivals and venues across the UK and Europe from Glastonbury, to fortresses in Transylvania, and the Swiss Alps, True Ingredients are getting set to take the explosive live show on the road again.

Reviews;
"***** Their amalgamation of quality production, heavy beats, good tunes and occasional sweet insanity, helps them span several musical boundaries... The True Ingredients are here and now!"
- Jamie Topham, Straight Outta Now

"**** Their music a veritable menagerie of agrarian hip–hop grooves and dubwise jazzy nuances, True Ingredients are a much needed breath of fresh air in the often stale and staid world of UK hip-hop. With the right combination of ingredients, these lot seem to have the recipe for success. "
- Kim O’ Conner, DJ Mag

"True Ingredients drew me in immediately because their energy was infectious. I was impressed; these guys have an edgy UK Hip Hop vibe and they had a streak of Roots Manuva."
- Fiona Madden, eFestivals Lovebox Review

"Really cool. Theyve got a sort of Gym Class Heroes type vibe. A bit jazzy and alternative hip hop sort of thing."
- Phoebe Tansley, on Switch BBC Radio One

"This s**t is fresh!"
- Snoop Dogg @ Lovebox Festival
