Content is uniformly great. The windows app is unusable rubbish. It can take days to download a course, the app constantly hangs and crashes. I've looked at event logs, I have reinstalled, I have tried selecting all modules manually, I have tried letting the app do it's own thing, it all ends up the same. Obviously, I am not the only one experiencing this, and yet they do nothing to sort it out?

Not working on IPad after software update to IPadOS 14. The TrueFire app will not load up. A user can’t access any features.

Great app once but now none of the performances work on iOS for iPad. Something’s gone wrong somewhere.

Great courses and content, but switching from the course video to the materials play along causes a crash after you do it once. Repeatable error, every time. Most of the courses get five stars, but the app? One.
