Nur Verzeichnisse hochladen ist auf für Mac OS X viel zu grob und nun gar nicht hilfreich. Drag und Drop von iPhoto und Foto sollte mindestens möglich sein. Was allerdings am meisten stört is die fehlende End-To-End Verschlüsselung. Die Daten werden erst im Datencenter verschlüsselt. Also nicht wie bei BoxCryptor oder LastPass auf dem eigenen Gerät.

Description
The Piccam Desktop is the ultimate companion to the Piccam mobile app. Its the easiest and most secure way to store photos on the cloud from your computer.
Upload photos from your computer, hard drive and SD cards and save them to your own private storage vault in cloud. They’ll be automatically organized by data and time, synced to your existing Piccam account. Then, youll then be able to access them on your mobile devices - anywhere you go.
Piccam will import your photos at the highest resolution. They’ll never be down-sampled or resized, so you’ll always have them saved at the same quality you took them.

Da muss noch was kommen.
Great on IOS BUT does not launch on OSX
This is a great app for the iPad or iPhone - but on my MBP with 10.7.5 it just does NOT work at all. I was ttold the matter would be fixed. It still does not work!
Non Retina?!?
The Mac app was delyaed vis a vis the windows app, and despite that it still isn’t retina?? I’m hopefull that this app will be a great replacement for my beloved everpix, but the lack of a paid option leaves me nervous...
Great Start
This is a great addition to the mobile apps. Given the fact that they are giving away UNLIMITED storage for a limited time, its a no brainer to add the photos from your desktop in addition to your mobile ones. One thing that I would like to see is support for iPhone/Aperture libraries. I would also like it to be able to recognize and maintain albums and folders inside these libraries. I spent a great deal of time organizing and would hate to see that time go to waste or have to to do again after upload. Will keep an eye on this as it develops. Thanks for the great service and apps!
Download from mobile app to computer needed.
This is okay for adding photos on your computer to the app. However, you are unable to download photos from your profile (taken and saved on your mobile Trunx app) to your computer. It would be much more helpful for those who don’t desire to use iPhoto first (especially when in need of immediate storage space) or redownload photos to their phone in order to upload to their computer, for more reassured long term photo storage, to have capability in doing so at the press of a button. An update is needed.
