With the TSSMobile app, authorized Bosch service center technicians can have a technical library in their hands and on the job, containing all the essential technical documents and videos they need to get their work done – accurately and efficiently.
No Internet or Carrier service? No problem! The app also lets the technician download essential documents to their device before they go on the job.
TSSMobile will first validate that the technician has the authorization to view the content, and then allow them to search for the exact model that they are working on. From there they can access repair documents, technical service bulletins, and how-to videos, just to name a few examples.
Having the “know-how” to repair equipment on the road has never been easier or more reliable.
