The goal of Tibial Tuberosity Advancement in Cruciate Deficient patients is to achieve a ninety degree post operative relationship between the Straight Patellar Tendon and the Common Tangent of the Femorotibial Joint at the normal standing angle of the patient. Warnings will appear if the results of the planning raise potential risks or indicate a problem with the planning.

The surgeon can check the accuracy of the outcome by auditing their post operative patients to assess whether the ideal Advancement has been achieved and thereby learn from each surgery.
