Description

More than just a duplicates finder, Tune Sweeper is your all-in-one Music cleaning App. Automatically find and remove duplicates, discover and add tracks on your Mac not listed in your music library and remove tracks listed on iTunes not on your Mac! Tune Sweeper also corrects missing artwork and other track details. All performed quickly and easily with a few mouse clicks using Tune Sweeper! - Duplicate Removal - Tune Sweeper shows the duplicate tracks found in your library in groups and suggests which tracks to keep based on your preference. i.e. Highest Quality, Latest Played, Latest added etc. You can override this automatic selection on a group by group basis. Also, you can listen to a track if your unsure if this is the correct track to remove. At a click of a button, Tune Sweeper removes the selected duplicates from iTunes, saving you disk space and cleaning up your music collection. Optionally, Tune Sweeper will back up the tracks removed for safe keeping. - Missing Artwork - Tune Sweeper scans your iTunes library for tracks with missing artwork and automatically downloads matching artwork to your iTunes library. - Tracks Not In iTunes - Tune Sweeper scans your hard drive for music not currently listed in your iTunes library. Très cher pour ce quil fait ... assez mal. Les critères de selection et filtrage sont très très limités. Pourquoi ne pas sinspiré des smart lists ? On aimerait faire un filtre du type : parmi — tous les morceux ayant même titre — même durée supprimer — ceux qui ont des DRM ("protected" dans le type). ou — ceux dont le bit rate est à 128Kbs par exemple Bref, vu le prix exhorbitant (deux fois le prix de GarageBand ... quand on y pense), je conseille dattendre quun produit plus inspiré (dApple) sorte sur le marché.

Je ne recommande pas cette application. Peu stable (enfin avec les grosses musicothèques), elle ne permet pas de garder les classements, le compte de lectures ni lappartenance aux listes. Bref, cest un peu faible comme prestation, surtout au vu du prix...

Needs to be improved for very large libraries

After scanning your computer, without any way of filtering the amount of disks/volumes (1st BIG problem), you get track list sorted by track name. This track list has Title, Album, Artist, File location columns. 2nd BIG problem : No creation date, no last update date, no file size, no music quality informations The track list cannot be sorted by any other column (3rd BIG problem) Explanations : During years I made several copies of my music library and continued to add music in the latest « version » Now that I reinstalled a new machine with a 3Tb HDD, I discover that I have up to 4 versions of the same track, sometimes with updated tags, sometimes not. Having a list of 90000 tracks without any way to sort out by folders to select 10000 tracks in one shot, it will take me days to sort out this mess Appart of consolidate the whole bunch of music in one folder, I may be able to look at duplicates. Silly ! why should I duplicate 250Gb of music somewhere ? The « search for duplicate » displays more details in more columns but it is also impossible to sort out by other columns that the track name. Conclusion, in my particular case, this tool isn’t 20€ worth.

Cette version de tune sweeper est très instable et plante complètement. Ce qui m’étonne le plus c’est que j’ai découvert (trop tard) qu’il existe une version 4 qui marche mieux. Pourquoi apple store continue t’il à distribuer celle ci? Payer 2 fois, c’est impensable; Tune sweeper reste sourd à mes requêtes. Serais ce un encouragement au piratage?

Macht nicht was es soll - die Mediathek aufräumen. Ein Scan bzw. eine "Bereinigung" dauert ca. 10 Minuten - wäre alles noch verschmerzbar wenn es funktionieren würde. Nicht kaufen!
