TWITCH WELLNESS app features*:
TRAINING PROGRAM: get your complete training program with exercise instructions and videos including cardio, strength, mobility and other types of activities. You can also let the app guide you through the workout: the app automatically moves to next exercise and gives you the possibility to rate your experience and schedule your next workout.
CHALLENGES: join the challenges organized by your workplace wellness partner, train and improve your challenge ranking in real time.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: keep track of your outdoor activities directly via the TWITCH WELLNESS app or automatically synchronise with other applications such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
ACTIVITY LOG: Log physical activity manually or sync with other apps collect MOVEs, and get more active every day.
HEALTH COACH CONTACT: The app offers health coach contact through the in app message service.
