Good functional app which needs small changes

The app works, that’s most important. Few features that would make this a 4 star app: Change the menu bar icon to just the TWiT logo - I don’t care for all the text in my menu bar, allow users to turn off the dock icon - I prefer to toggle the app window from the menu bar, remember stream preferences on reboot. To make it a 5 star app I would need to see a streamlined interface. Currently it’s a little clunky with all the buttons and options surrounding the window.

Just watch twit.tv in a browser window...

So… I’m supposed to pay $1.99 for a dedicated video app that in the year 2015 doesn’t allow scrubbing through a video, skipping back or forward a few seconds at a time (no, chapter jumps don’t count) and doesn’t give me ANY functionality that I can’t get just by opening twit.tv or live.twit.tv in a browser window - and actually gives me LESS?!? Well, you got (suckered) me, but I hope all those other people who are thinking about doing this will read my review and STEER CLEAR! (At least until an update allows basic video manipulation capabilities…)

ChromeCast Needed

Its a nice app in a browser but without chrome cast its just useless to me. Why would one want to watch on a computer monitor? Not me. But the app is well done and well designed. They just got to add chrome cast in else I’m missing something.
