Aplicativo destinado a quem está interessado em pesquisas e estudos dos desastres naturais e antropogênicos e sua dinâmica. Englobando ensino, pesquisa e extensão, serve como ponte entre diversos órgãos ligados ao tema dos desastres no Rio Grande do Sul e o corpo acadêmico da UFRGS. Tem como objetivo principal desenvolver seu trabalho para contribuir, através de diversas formas, para a prevenção e minimização dos desastres e seus efeitos, através de intercâmbio de conhecimento, experiências no Brasil e exterior.
