Description
The VAT Rise Calculator allows you to easily enter your current 17.5% sale price and see what the sale price should be under the new 20% VAT Rate which comes into effect from January 2011.
Simply enter your old Sale Price and click Calculate and the application will tell you the net price along with the new 20% sale price and cost difference.
This is a great application if you can no longer remember your NET Price.
In the June 2010 Emergency Budget, the Chancellor announced that from 4th January 2011 the standard rate of VAT will increase to 20% from 17.5%.
