The last app design is terrible

I’m using Uklon for few years and i want to say that the last design of the app is absolutely terrible. Quite often i need to order taxi for my son or my parents remotely and it was ok with previous app, but new app try stick to my current location even if i’m abroad and do not allow me to order from one point in Kyiv to another point in Kyiv. So, please, change it or i need to switch to another service just because of stupid new app.

No route, no way to change app language

No route during planning a trips No way to change app language No way to use Russian if your phone is set to English language Support is so awful, so that they offered me to change phone language instead adding support for a language change or simply allow customers to type in any language that enabled on the phone

Its almost impossible to pick a location manually

Its almost impossible to pick a location manually after the update. App locks to my location every time I move the pin.

Bad system and bad customer service

I used this service for a year and all was fine. Today I realized their system is designed to punish customers. I called a called taxi and right away noticed his ratings were very low. I used the option to cancel the ride. I then submitted a request for a new ride. Same taxi is selected. I again cancelled and again requested a new ride. This was repeated a few times and then the system blocked me. Why was I blocked? I called customer service and they very carefully explained to me how I am wrong and stupid. Long story sort, I deleted the app and am now using a different service.
