It is your one-stop source for multiple health data of the comprehensive sleep report including sleep staging, heart rate, blood oxygen, snore, position, body temperature and so on, and it provides you with a complete understanding of your health.
- Sleep Score: Want to know the fact of your sleep quality? Sleep scoring is analyzed comprehensively by light sleep duration, deep sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep sustainability, total sleep duration, sleep latency and many other parameters.
- Sleep Staging: When did I fall asleep? How long did I sleep? Was it good? Did I dream? Precision EEG sleep staging figure solves all your doubts.
