Good for Typing Persian

Kvn Rizzo · 14 years ago

I have Persisch on my iPad, which I love. But, I found the same app for iPhone to be useless. I started looking for something close to Persisch on an iPad. This app is the best compared to others. My biggest gripe with this app is the fact that it requires Arabic keyboard to be activated. Doing so is fine, but if you have auto-correction on, then Persian words get constantly "corrected" to Arabic words. Going back and fixing each word is a big inconvenience. Another inconvenient thing is the fact that the app doesnt have a built-in Cut & Paste utility. You have to use iOS built-in "hold down and select Copy" utility. Overall, I like this app better than others

Rather annoying than useful.

Well, yes, u can type Armenian but its not integrated into ios. U have to type it into the app then copy paste your text every time. 1 more thing, to type smth. i had to toggle through 3 different keyboards: 1st is for uppercase letters, the 2nd one is for lowercase, and the 3rd one is for letters which did not fit in the previous keyboards. Annoying! Waste of time and money. I would think of it as a small contribution to those who try to solve the issue, if it wasnt this bad. Too bad iKeyEx doesnt work on ios 5, it was the best.
