Confusing

About the credit card: somehow system s designed in a way that I am never clear which items are paid and which are not, which items the payments are for, And which I should pay now. Anyway Im confused and can only trust that the calculation being correct. The fingerprint scan is cool though, other banks need to catch up. Otherwise the transaction functions are fine

Needs some UX improvement

The app looks good but the user experience is not there yet. Here are some suggestions: 1. When the user has registered for Touch ID, store his credentials on the Keychain so that it is protected. 2. Now that the user credentials are safe, once the user opens the app again, immediately show the Touch ID alert and allow the user to login immediately. 3. Remove the 4 options at the button. Only the PIB features are what people are after and the other 3 are just "social" padding that isnt really needed. I think these are the important things that need to be addressed immediately since these are the most visible aspects of the app that users will experience.

I use this app frequently for ad-hoc banking tasks. I especially like the fact that you can log in using TouchID to perform a quick enquiry of your account balances.

Many missing features from previous UOB mobile app. Like gold price silver price etc. forced users to use a half baked product.

Keeps crashing.. There is a bug
