Description
USeeBP delivers patient education and behavior change strategies that help patients develop healthy habits to improve blood pressure control. The USeeBP app connects via Bluetooth with the Omron 5 Series® Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor (Model BP7250). Blood pressure data may be shared with a patients provider by enabling integration with Apple Health HealthKit app. Invitation codes for accessing USeeBP are available to patients at participating medical centers and clinics within the United States.
