too many typos and mistakes

i just went through the first 20 cards and have already come across several typos, some of which prevent me from knowing the right answer (like _2 receptor - is it ß or alpha?!) and a significant incorrect fact: treatment for a-fib is NOT aspirin!!!! it should say warfarin, but it does not. i dont even want to go through the rest because who knows what kinds of things will be wrong and i wont even know it! Please fix all the mistakes so we can take these seriously and use to review. as it stands it might be more counterproductive to use these cards...
