Operate and program your vacuum packaging machine with one single app. The VacAssist app enables you to combine the benefits of advanced vacuum packaging technology and additional app functionality. This new feature transforms a traditional vacuum packaging machine into an intelligent device that brings more tools to a commercial kitchen.
Vacuum packaging basics
Basic operation of your vacuum packaging machine can be done with the app. You can define the settings of vacuum percentage, seal time, Soft Air, gas flush and the wireless label printer. More advanced functions and options, such as Marinating, Liquid control, Tenderizing and Sequential vacuum, can also be programmed. The app enables you to define and set up to 20 programs on the machine. All you need is a Bluetooth connection. Easy to use and a great support for efficiency in everyday commercial kitchen logistics.

20 Programs
The VacAssist app has a maximum of 20 programs that can be defined and preset. The touch control panel on the machine displays the specific program you selected and the corresponding value of the pressure in percentages or in mbar, or the time in seconds.

• Wireless thermal label printer with Bluetooth connection
Functions
• Red meat: reduces drip and air bubbles in the vacuum packed meat
• Sequential vacuum: ensures the extraction of all trapped air from the food product.
• Marinate: enables a full absorption of the marinade into the food product.
Fit for food
The VacAssist app is perfect for programming standard settings on your vacuum packaging machine in order to realise a maximal end vacuum (99.8%) for standard products, such as meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. However, this app also has some pre-set programs for specific products that you can further personalize, such as sharp products, ready meals, liquids and fluids, products with a lot of trapped air inside, and marinated products.
