VancoDose is the best vancomycin dosing calculator available for smartphones! Determine vancomycin initial and adjustment doses in seconds! This app was built to be fast, intuitive, and reliable. Underneath the simple interface is a plethora of pharmacokinetic equations and manipulations that take into account infusion times, maximum doses, and more!

1) User-friendly wheel and buttons to input patient information. Gone are the days of manually entering age, weight, height, and SCr! Simply spin the wheels to change patient parameters.
2) Change between different units for patient parameters (kg, lbs, cm, inches, mg/dL and μmol/L SCr)
3) Includes three dosing calculators: initial, adjustment, and hemodialysis
4) Straightforward interface that shows you what you want to know, not all the confusing pharmacokinetic numbers
5) This calculator automatically corrects for old age, obesity, low SCr, high doses, and renal function. All you need to do is input the patient information and press NEXT >.
