I used to love this app. I played it faithfully everyday. That is, until I started not receiving the prizes I used my tickets on. I contacted Verydice AND the sellers but have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s been well over 90 days.

Still have not got any of my stuff and it’s been months
I cashed in my tickets for makeup brushes in September and still have not got them them cashed in my tickets again for 2 lights for my kind in November and still have not got them
No rolls
I paid for more rolls ($2.99) and I never received them. I tried to repurchase and the app wouldn’t let me buy anything else. One star because they took my money. I’ll change my review once I get my rolls I paid for.
