The “Victoria Cross” Trail tells the story of the heroic deeds of soldiers from the British Empire on the battlefields of the north of France during the First World War. The heroic actions of these soldiers from the British Empire left their mark on history. In recognition of their valour, they were presented with the most prestigious military award that could be given by the British and Commonwealth Armed Forces: the Victoria Cross. Here are their stories. Discover on site the places where these soldiers did their heroic actions thanks to the "visitor" mode of the application (you need to be located). Or just discover their stories at home thanks to the "sofa" mode.
