You did something that apple couldnt think of.

Nice and simple!
I sure wish I had this app before my daughters figure skating show this evening! Now Ill be able to actually zoom when a subject is farther away. Ive found that zooming in farther than 3x (about one third along the zoom slider) means too much pixellation; up to then, however, quality is very good. However, the zoom isnt as smooth as in the camera app. However, its much better than no video zoom at all.
Doesnt save to camera roll!
The video zoom seems great, its easy to use, simple and looks good but 75% (or more) of the time the video doesnt end up on your camera roll, it looks like it saves it but no .... Its just gone. I cant trust it to shoot a video so its a waste of time.
Lag
This thing lags a lot
Good, but unstable
Good app in terms of zoom and stabilization while recording. Highly unstable app. Loads properly, but as soon as I hit record button it crashes, even with nothing else running in the background. Operating iOS 7 on iPhone 4s.
Lost video recording
The zoom worked great but after about 20 minutes of recording a very special occasion the app suddenly shut down on its own and the recording was lost... So not impressed!
