Impossible to login : app keeps repeating "login failed", whereas the login/password work perfectly on VNA website.

confus, idiot, incomplet

Les menus sont confus : on ne comprend rien aux intitulés qui semblent redondants, ambigus. L’appli demande plein de choses mais ignore tout : on a l’impression d’être des idiots qui parlent à des idiots J’habite à Paris, mais l’apple ignore Paris, autant dire qu’elle ne sert absolument à rien. Elle ne veut même pas connaitre ma carte VN Airline.

Tôi đã dùng app được hơn nửa năm và khá hài lòng với nội dung cũng như giao diện của app này. Phần tích điểm của app chạy mượt, giúp người dùng cập nhật nhanh chóng điểm thưởng điểm nâng hạng của mình. Tuy nhiên app tải thông tin chậm, chờ phải 10"-15" mới vào được nội dung cần tìm. Ngoài ra phần khuyến mại thông tin cập nhật vẫn chưa tốt, và phông chữ trên iPhone bị đổi kích cỡ khi nhấp chuột vào đọc. Phần đổi điểm thưởng trực tuyến không hoạt động thực sự. Vì thế tôi chỉ cho 4*. Hi vọng các khuyết điểm trên được khắc phục trên phiên bản cập nhật sau.
