Stupid !

I uploaded this app on my Iphone because the Virgin web site requires flash player for check in. When I launch this IPHONE app, flash player is still required !

I dont think any other airlines in Aus are doing this. Ive set a notification for flight to LA under $1k and it will be helpfull not to have to check this all the time. User experience is also smooth and intuitive.

Useless. Cant book from the US

Until the option to book is available the app is pretty useless outside of Australia. Theres no point in advertising a price if you cant check availability. Ill stick to my laptop and other travel apps for now

Nowhere to sign in?

As a Platinum member, I would like to be able to sign and see my bookings. I have too many reservations to keep remembering the reservation number for each flight. It would also be nice if the app reminded me when to check in.

Mobile app only works for flights originating in AUS. Overall look of monochromatic pages give it a lifeless look with small washed out fonts and small data entry fields. Result: dreary user experience. An innovator like Sir RB should do better. Go to United mobile app for the gold standard and compare to VA. :(
