Losing weight is no easy task especially with little ones around but this app has changed my way of thinking. I eat when Im hungry and only till Im satisfied. Not till Im full and Ive turned away more junk in the last three weeks that I would have swallowed up before. Cant wait to see what more it will do for me.

As a long term yo-yo dieter, I doubted anything so simple as an app would help me lose weight. I have been amazed, not just at my easy weight loss, but at the change in my relationship with food. I recommend this to anyone wanting to change their life. There is a support group on Facebook too, that really helps. Go for it!

I got this app on sale, and although I am usually sceptical about such things, it was worth the 6.99 price tag. There are three stages to the hypnosis: losing weight, preparing for your surgery, and the surgery itself. The first session alone is worth the price of admission. I am from Canada, and I am always conscious of peoples accents. In this case, The speaker is an Englishwoman with a pleasant voice, and her accent is not at all distracting. In the half-hour session 1, the hypnosis does NOT tell you that any food is bad or ickky. It merely enforces the suggestions that you will eat slowly, and eat smaller amounts of food. Session 2 takes you through a visit to a gastric band clinic, where you meet your surgeon. This is the bulk of the half-hour recording. Session 3 is the surgery itself, where your stomach is banded, and you are now able to eat only very tiny amounts. I am currently on session 2, but to be honest, I still listen to session 1 once or twice a day. It is great to listen to just before bed. This app is recommended to anyone who really, really WANTS to lose weight, and who would like an extra element of assistance while doing it. Good luck to you all!

I bought this app after reading about it. I have been a yo yo dieter all my life, I have been a good junkie, I get upset I would eat. I downloaded this app 6 weeks ago and I can say I eat when Im hungry, dont overeat, more energy, more positive out look on life, and I have come to really enjoy exercising too. Thank you Sue and James this app has changed my life. Thank you for helping me get me back.

Beautiful app, love the food diary features and the relaxing hypnosis, highly recommended. My friend lost 3 stone using Gastric Band Hypnosis and I delighted to see there is an app for the process that would cost nearly a thousand bucks if you went to a hypnotist. Top job, Ill post my weight loss progress in a few weeks guys.
