Nul ! Acheté et aussitôt effacé. Je reviens à des applications gratuites qui sont bien plus clair et performante que cette application

Lapplication est relativement complète mais particulièrement mal faite : elle est confuse et son ergonomie est très perfectible. En outre, elle active par défaut le mode "analyse" qui transmet des données dutilisation sans même demander lavis de lutilisateur (voir les paramètres de lapplication dans la section "réglages" de liPhone) ; ce nest pas acceptable.

Das ist die Beste Dehnungsübungs App ,die ich fand ... Super Übungen ,in die man auch wirklich hinein spüren kann und nach jeder Übung ist Zeit zum Entspannen . Diese App ist toll aufgebaut und lohnt sich

Da gibt es deutlich bessere Apps im Store

Ive gone through one full body stretch and Im looking forward to using the app on a regular basis as a cool down. I wish the app would do a "left side" / "right side" stretch, although I was able to do 4 sets and just switch from side to side. Additionally I find the stretch videos a little too subtle. Lastly breath coaching would go a long way. Everything aside its a great simple app that has plenty of stretches and tracks your progress. Well done and recommended!
