Ever wonder why you were sunburned on a cloudy day? Or what hours are the worst to be outside? Its because the suns ultraviolet (uv) rays can go through clouds and are strongest at certain times during the day. Most weather apps provide this information, but it is hidden in a way that makes it inconvenient to look for or find.
VirtualSPF is a no frills, ad free app that uses your location and displays the UV Index for each hour of the day. Your location information is converted to a ZIP code on the phone which is then used to get information for your location.
