Visit Valtidone offers you an interactive itinerary in Val Tidone and Val Luretta, located in the hills of Piacenza, an hour from Milan. Tidone Valley and Luretta Valley are located between the plain and the Apennines, passing through the lush vineyards on the hillside, in a landscape rich in historical and natural beaty, panoramic views, impressive engineering feats. Pretty villages, from where you can enjoy superb views, prop up the middle and upper valley.
Numerous restaurants, taverns and farms offering in traditional dress or revisited the delicious local delicacies: salami PDO, cup salami bacon, the renowned early as pisarei and Faso, tortelli with the tail and anvein soup ... and yet the woodland products, mushrooms and truffles of the high valley, honey cakes. In most products De.Co. as Chisola, stew, the busslanein, the bataro and the pea soup, served in restaurants or during the festivals that enliven summers in the valley.
