Description
Vitaflo’s UK APP contains full product and nutritional information on our entire UK range plus a number of helpful dietetic tools including three ketogenic diet calculators, % weight loss tool, energy deficit calculator (including ONS recommendations), and a BMI calculator.
Three Ketogenic Diet Calculators:
For each of the following versions, you can quickly calculate daily macronutrient intakes in grams for your patient:
- Classical Ketogenic Diet – fat, protein (g per kg body weight) and carbohydrate, based on energy requirement and chosen ketogenic ratio.
- Medium Chain Triglyceride Ketogenic Diet - MCT, protein, carbohydrate and LCT (as quantity and number of ‘food choices’), based on % of energy requirement.
- Modified Ketogenic Diet – fat, based on % of energy requirement.
Energy Deficit Calculator:
- Calculate a patient’s energy deficit.
- Recommend oral nutrition supplements based on their taste or flavour preference.
- Mix and match product options to combat flavour fatigue.
- Easy access to relevant product information.
Weight loss calculator:
- % weight loss and BMI tools are also available, in both metric and imperial measurements.
Access to newly launched product datacards

Previously all datacards were saved locally to your device, whereas now you can personalise your product compendium to only feature product datacards that are relevant to your area of practice. A great way to control the size of your Vitaflo app.
