Erstmal soll man sich anmelden und kann Gewicht und Körpergröße nur in US-Einheiten angeben. Kann man bei der Anmeldung auch nicht umstellen. (Wenn man die Angaben dann später auf der Website korrigiert, gratuliert das Ding einem zur Gewichtsabnahme …) Dazu Geschlecht und Trainingserfahrung in Monaten. Daraus wird dann ein fixer Trainingsplan erstellt. Man kann aber nicht einstellen, welches Equipment man zur Verfügung hat! Es funktioniert also nur in einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnesscenter. Dafür, dass mit Personalisierung geworben wird, ist das ein Witz! Die kostenlose App GAIN Fitness kann hier mehr. (Wer bestimmtes Equipment nutzen will oder z.B. Yoga machen möchte, kann da für ein paar Euro wenigstens Erweiterungspacks in-App kaufen) Ich war auf der Suche nach einem persönlichen Trainingsplan für Zuhause, der jeden Tag nur ein paar Minuten benötigt und wenig Zubehör braucht. Damit ist diese App hier jedenfalls nutzlos für mich.

Awesome fitness app. Its even better than having a personal trainer, because I can work out on my own and actually remember what exercises Im supposed to do, when Im supposed to do them, and see videos, photos, and descriptions if I forget how to do an exercise.
Great workout App
This is a great app for someone who is just starting to work out. Ive been looking for something like this for a long time and love that all the programs are given to you and tailored to your goals. Its really cool that your workouts change over time to keep you progressing. There isnt anything else like it!
very weak program
Program cannot be customized. Once you select your overall objective (ex. general fitness) it cannot be changed. The program will select a series of exercises, including, days, number of sets, rest periods, and weight. None of these can be modified. For example, if you prefer to use free weights or elastic bands instead of a machine to work a specific muscle group; you are out of luck. Change number of reps for example 4- 20-7 at varying % of one rep max - forget it. Do only one set, instead of 3 you are out of luck. Want to increase or decrease rest between sets, no way. If you have an injury you need to coddle, or work harder to correct an imbalance, you are out of luck.
Needs work
A promising program thats buggy & limited. As already said, once you choose a fitness goal, you cant go back and change it. You also cant customize a schedule, which is a real problem for people who have unusual demands in their life and may need to exercise on consecutive days. The workouts Ive tried are good, and the videos are quite helpful. Yet loading those videos is sometimes difficult. I like this apps potential, but it really needs a few fixes.

I can write a long list of major bugs... it should be free until most are corrected
Extremely disappointed
Dont waste your money!! During my first workout not all the videos worked and as soon as I finished my workout the screen went black and I can no longer view anything. What a waste!!!
