Depending on your plan, revise instructions for your virtual receptionists, update your call transfer availability, add or remove contact numbers and edit business information.
Check your usage
View all calls answered on your account, in real time, including each caller’s contact details – with the ability to block callers as you wish. Read all messages sent by your receptionists, including recipient details and date/time.
Manage your plan
Managing billing and payments has never been simpler. View invoices online, how to pay your invoices and your invoice history.
Manage your contacts
Depending on your plan, you can add and remove staff/departments who can receive messages or call transfers – as well as setting a call transfer availability schedule for each contact or updating availability in real time.
Manage how your calls are handled
Depending on your plan, you can change the greeting used when answering your calls and update business information receptionists can provide to callers – such as business opening hours, services offered, company website, office email, postal address or physical address.
The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply for downloading from the App Store. Non-customers of Vodafone Business Answering can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, Vodafone Business Answering may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.
