Welcome, this is the official iPhone application for Volotea, the airline that connects Europe’s small and medium-sized cities with non-stop direct flights at very competitive prices.

 BOOK A FLIGHT
 Reserve your flights with ease and simplicity from your cell phone. You can go forwards and backwards at any time during the process, check out our best fares and extras, and view the breakdown cost of your flight including all the details. 

 FLIGHT CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES 
Make reservation changes and reserve extras without having to go to one of our desks at the airport. Changes to the date, time, and origin of your flight can be made up to two hours before your flight departure.

 ACCESS YOUR RESERVATIONS 
Check all your reservations easily using our app in the “Your reservation” section. You can check reservations made on the app or through any of our sales channels such as our website or travel agencies. 

PASSENGER PROFILE 
In order to save time and avoid filling in details repeatedly, our app lets you complete passenger information, contact details and payment automatically during the flight reservation process. Complete your profile and speed up your reservations.

 FLIGHT STATUS 
Our app lets you check the status of your Volotea flights at any time. You only need to enter the route, date, or flight number to check your flight status.

 MOBILE CHECK-IN (At airports with permitted access) 
For greater convenience you can check-in for your flights directly from your cell phone. Save printing out your boarding card and go straight to the departure gate. You can store your boarding cards straight into your Passbook. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATIONS This app sends you our top highlighted offers via automatic notifications. 

 HOTELS AND CARS 
Through our application, you may also reserve rental cars and hotel rooms at your destination. The reservation process is adapted to your mobile device, making it easier to use. You can also access our partner’s deals directly.

Impossible de rajouter une réservation

Lorsque je fais une réservation depuis le site ou agence de voyage, je ne peux pas la rajouter sur lappli : erreur ! Dommage, il y avait une version où ça fonctionnait.

Si vous possédez un avoir, impossible de lutiliser en réservant en ligne ou via lappli. Il faut téléphoner au service de réservation pour recommencer la résa, avec le coût et la perte de temps que cela entraîne. Gros bug à revoir.

Horaires et vols annulés récurent après une reservation

- Trop d annulation de vols à quelques jours du Depart , ou vols transféré Depart 6 h du matin au lieu de fin de journée comme prévu = week end diminué - Vols annulés nombreuses fois : que faire des hôtels réservés - Avoir inutilisables sur l appli et le site a causse d une erreur de une lettre dans les noms , aucun effort commercial pour rendre les bons valables ... - carte "supervolotéa " pas si interessante Bref c est dommage . Pour plus de fiabilité on passe sur une autre compagnie , plus cher ( quoi que ...) mais régulière dans ses horaires .

Questa app non meriterebbe nemmeno una stella da quando è stata aggiornata non funziona nulla!!!non si vedono neppure le prenotazioni effettuate!!provvedete!
