Poor implementation

This app call you back to connect to the phone number you dialed burning your phone minutes. Whats the benefit then? No SIP support. Voice quality was not that good either.

Crashes

Everytime you open the app it crashes, happens to everyone in the company I work with.. Been like this for 2 months...

Terrible update completely broken app

Awful update. For almost 2 full weeks now the app completely doesnt work on iPhones. The company obviously spent no time testing this. Its cost my business money. What a completely terrible update, they should be embarrassed with the mistake, even more embarrassed that its taken this long and not yet fixed, and even more embarrassed that this isnt the first update they have done that has broken this app. Useless!

Epic Failure

Absolute failure. Can’t use the app and I am travelling. So now it is costing me money and Vonage has been of no use in terms of assisting with the problem. Would have given less than 1 star if I could.

Too many failed calls!

The phone works well .. when it works. A lot of outgoing calls do not work. I keep getting "call failed". And some calls disconnect mid call. If you could fix these serious issues, it would be a great app. We chose Vonage so we could use this app for outgoing calls. If it cant function properly, we will be looking elsewhere.
