VR-Perform has been developed and tested over the past 10 years under strict medical and university conditions to initially assist the treatment of pain, anxiety and stress with the general community and now adapted to assist elite athletes with mental preparation, realxation and recovery, as well as sleep.
VR-Perform is a “DIY” relaxation methodology that immerses the subject in a controlled, virtual environment, and communicates directly with the subconscious mind. The technology brings about changes in beliefs and behaviours, and can positively impact the physical and mental health of an athlete.
