Relive those thrilling days of youth as you hunt down and sink your opponent’s ships before they sink yours! Play against your iPhone or iPad, or against people from around the world using Game Center. Play on a tiny 5-by-5 grid or on a giant 20-by-20 one. Choose how many ships you’ll have to sink. Use sonar to sweep the ocean and find enemy ships. You can also set the level of the device’s intelligence from “Dunce” to “Ruthless.” Awesome sound effects and graphics get you in the game as shells explode upon finding their mark, or make a weak “Spelunk!” when they miss. Alarms ring as ships sink. Stirring music and imagery greets the victor, a dirge and gloomy seas greet the loser. Connect with friends and strangers via Apple’s Game Center to play opponents from around the world. The game is turn-based, so you can take a shot and go about your day. When it’s your turn, your iPhone or iPad will let you know. If you want, you can play several games at once against different people. Wirklich ein kurzweiliges Spiel. Das einzigste was stört ist bei Sieg oder Niederlage die amerikanische feier bzw Trauer.das ist ätzend. Aber wie gesagt das Spiel ist echt super

Leider ist die App völlig unzureichend. Der Spielfluss wird durch ständiges <weiter> drücken sehr zäh. Das Spiel spielt nicht nach den üblichen Regeln (keine angrenzenden Schiffe, erneuter Schuss nach Treffer, überflüssige "Sonarbojen"). Grafik soweit ganz nett, aber das war es auch schon. Wenn es ein lite-Version zum testen gegeben hätte, dann hätte ich mir da Geld gespart, aber so.....

Es wäre gut, wenn man auch einstellen könnte, dass man 1, 2 oder 3 Torpedos abfeuern könnte. Sonst ok.

Ist man mal bis in das Spiel gekommen, finde ich es echt OK, aber wieso bin ich in Spielen mit fremden Personen am Zug, ohne zuvor gefragt worden zu sein, ob ich spielen möchte. Wie kann ich solche Spiele beenden? Bleiben diese jetzt mehre Tage bestehen? Wie kann ich aufgeben, um Spiele zu beenden? Das ist alles etwas nervig.
