Seit das Spiel von Gaea übernommen wurde, ist es richtig schlecht geworden. Das Spiel hängt sich oft auf, stürzt ab. Der Support ist das schlechteste, was ich in einem Spiel je erlebt habe. Es kommen nur Stanardantworten, wie "wir können dein Problem nachvollziehen, aber keine Unregelmäßigkeiten feststellen ". Ich spiele jetzt fast zwei Jahre, bin aber am überlegen, das Spiel zu löschen. Obwohl es viele Beschwerden von den Spielern gibt, ändert sich nichts. Das ist für mich nicht mehr nachvollziehbar.

Ich habe das Spiel jahrelang gespielt. Eigentlich ein gutes Spiel mit erheblichem Suchtfaktor, mal von den Problemen/Bugs und dem PaytoWin Prinzip abgesehn. Aber seitdem der neue Publisher Gaea das Steuer übernommen hat ist es unfassbar schlecht geworden. Der Support kümmert sich einen Dreck um einen und schiebt lächerliche Ausreden vor. Ich kann zum jetzigen Stand nur davon abraten dieses Spiel zu spielen.

I love and hate it. Mostly hate it.
Dont get me wrong, the concept of the game is good. But there are a LOT of issues. I can hardly ever get in the game anymore. Every time I hit play it crashes, over and over. This is one of those pay-to-get-better games, where its free but if you want to excel further you have to pay for certain things. Also, Ive noticed a lot of grammatical errors in the game itself(not from players, just stuff made by its developers that are incorrect), and thats pretty unprofessional. Long story short, dont waste your time.

Great game
Fun dungeon crawl with nice mix of voluntary pvp. Well thought-out game. This game has a little bit of everything. You dont have to pay, but you likely will just because it improves the gaming experience. Overall, it is one of the better games out there for ipad/iPhone. Contrary to one comment, you do control how your character fights (although it is turn based), thus making it a game of skill, also, at least somewhat. Unlike many games, this is not a race for the highest level. Update: Have been playing the game for over a year now. The game itself is still fun as they keep adding new content. Gaea has bought out Kabam. The customer service is spotty. They offer faulty items for quests, put up an exchange for an extremely brief time, and then refuse to exchange your item that took a week to get if you missed the exchange. Keeping customers happy and honoring your contracts is an important part of customer relations and the overall game play experience.
