Water Claims app is a GPS "locator" for mitigation specialists while in the field. It works in conjunction with our WaterClaims.com web site so adjusters and homeowners can use to see who is closest to their home or job and can respond in the fastest time. Requests are not routed directly to the mobile user but rather to their office and the job info then forwarded.
Taxi services have used this type of location based response with great success and we are confident homeowners and their adjusters will find that speed to the doorstep is impressive, comforting and cost saving all at the same time.
Contractors can also use the app, along with the web site, to map the locations of only their own mobile personnel for dispatch and tracking purposes.
