TODAY • From the main menu you can: quickly add water to today’s total, see how much you’ve drank / how much more you need to drink, and see recent logs from today. HISTORY • See your water intake from any date. • The history calendar lets you view water intake for each day during any month in the form of blue rings. Closed rings means you reached your daily goal for that specific day. • Tap on any day inside the calendar to see all water logs ( time stamps / amount ) for that specific day. • View a summary of any month’s progress: daily average, and total water intake for that month. • Track the current week’s progress: daily average, and total water intake for that week. CUSTOMIZE • Choose your preferred unit ( ml / oz ). • Set your daily goal. • Set your default water bottle size for quick recording. This app requires access to Apples Health App in order to function properly.
