McKinsey Wave™ is a powerful way to track and manage change in your organization. It helps you manage your strategic programs, bringing clarity to the many strands of change underway. It provides planning and insight into financial and operational goals – letting you know if they’ve been successful. Wave’s mix of intuitive software interface and McKinsey business experience gives you the simplest and most insightful picture of what was once a complex process.
McKinsey Wave Spark™ is a mobile companion to McKinsey Wave™. Wave Spark captures your ideas and associated actions as well as photos for upload to Wave. Once synchronized, your ideas and associated actions can be prioritized, tracked and the operational or financial impact captured for reporting within Wave.
Wave Spark allows you to:
- Capture new ideas and initiatives for your program
- Record actions needed to accomplish initiatives
- Include attributes and descriptions for initiatives and actions
- Associate new or existing photos with initiatives or actions
IMPORTANT: You must already have access to McKinsey Wave to use this application. You will need your Wave user ID and password. If you have difficulties logging into Wave Spark, please contact the Wave Super-user at your organization.
