This WAW Credit Union app will keep you in control of your banking. You will have access to your WAW accounts for paying bills and transferring funds, as well as being notified of special investment rates and promotional offers.
WAW has been operating since 1956. They have locations spread across North East Victoria and Southern NSW including Albury, Wodonga, Lavington and Wangaratta. WAW is an authorised deposit-taking institution and is regulated in the same way as the major Australian banks. They are also an authorised holder of the Australian Government Deposit Guarantee.
Because they do not operate to return profits to shareholders as the major banks do, they are able to provide access to banking services with more favourable rates and fairer fees. They offer all the same types of banking services as the banks including loans, investments, business banking, savings accounts, insurance, VISA / MasterCard and financial planning.
WAW actively supports many community, educational, sporting and charitable groups. They have also helped raise over $1 million for 11 local health services through their annual ‘Latipsoh’ appeal.
