Description

WDW Prep Countdown lets you see how many days until your trip, until the end of your trip, or the number of days since your trip. The countdown lies right on top of the app icon or your background image, and it fits nicely behind the overlays. The font in which the number of days is displayed can be customized, and your trip name can be as well. You can easily share a screenshot of your countdown in-app through any app that supports share extensions. The app allows you to choose from an array of stock images that look beautiful while you look at the number of days until your trip. Along with the stock images, your whole photo library is available as well. Sometimes when you use a photo from your own library, your background image doesnt have that Disney feel that you want it to have, so you can also overlay that image with a custom Disney-themed frame. One of the most important functions that sets this app apart from other countdowns is that it notifies you about important dates that can be used to plan your trip. It tells you when to make dining and FastPass+ reservations, book your flight, and many more important dates. These are all added to a separate calendar and are changed depending on if you stay on or off site.

No longer working

Ive had this app for over a year now. My first trip it worked great. Now it does not automatically countdown. When you go into the app the text is so small its unreadable, also it crashes when you go to the settings. It needs to be updated to get rid of the bugs.

I really like the app for my Disney countdown, but it seems as if every time I open the app, it crashes and doesnt work. Please make an update and fix this bug issue.

No longer works

I loved the app when I first bought it a year ago. Now it no longer shows the correct countdown, its been stuck on 140 days left to go for two months now. When you open the app the wording is so small now that its simply unreadable.

No longer works. Also Can only countdown 1 trip at a time

Update: app no longer works. I used to love how I didnt have to open the app to see the countdown - it displayed on the thumbnail. But now the countdown no longer works. Will display the same number until I open the app and it refreshes. Also no longer adds important dates to my calendar, like dining reservations and fast pass booking dates. Even when it worked, disappointed that it only allows you to input one trip at a time. We are passholders and often have two trips within 60 days, so I was hoping the calendar reminders could help us when planning for each trip. Then again, the calendar didnt even work for that trip. My calendar only showed an event for Magical Express. It did not add any other notifications or events, such as fastpass reservation dates. On the plus side, the stock photos are breathtaking, but without a working calendar function or the ability to track more than one trip, and that even that one trip isnt working as of spring 2026, the app is pretty useless.

The countdown on the home screen icon no longer works at all. Its too bad because I really liked the app at first and the icon is so cute on my home screen. I tried contacting the developer but never received a response. Please fix!!!!

Just plugged in our trip dates and our reminders were automatically set! So exciting! Gorgeous photos!!!!
