Web 2 Speech is a web browser that can read web pages back to you.
Whether you are looking at something else, or have your hands tied this will allow you to hear the web page content while allowing your eyes and hands to be doing other things.
If you want to start hearing a website from a particular point, that is not a problem; just highlight that paragraph (by taping on it) and then press play.

* Adjustable pitch and speed
* Ability to start, pause and stop the speech and any point on the web page.
* Rewind and Fast Forward buttons allow you to jump forward and back a paragraph.
* No online accounts to setup or website log in required.
