All reviews →Why does the year keep being wrong? This does not allow for proper weight tracking! This defeats the purpose.
Same issue as previous comment. The app used to work just fine. Loved it! But for several weeks now I cannot get logged back in to my account. And it's exactly as the other person said...it's literally a perpetual loop when you try to "reset you password"....never actually allows you to reset anything...just a series of blank blue screens.
Please fix new app issues with integration to my fitness pal. Useless for me without integration to get data to MyFitnessPal which syncs to Garmin Connect.
The new app completely messed up my scale from synching and there is no way to fix it apparently without customer service, who I do not expect to respond anytime soon seeing as every single user just had their scales turned into dumb scales and many users lost ALL of their historical data. Not to mention the new UI is actually worse and added no new features that I can see... App was not tested at all, I will look elsewhere.
I can't log in. It says that it doesn't recognize me. So I try and reset my password and it sends a reset link to my email, so obviously they do have my email, but the reset links all say error, try logging in from the app again. It's a loop of nothingness. The app needs fixed now, I bought your scale, you forced me to use this app, so make it work or I will be returning it for a full refund.
App logs me out after closing it...
Can Weight Gurus lift a finger and encourage users to use their app by allowing them to remain logged in, or at least give them a lowfat alternative? Or do you have temporary WH security clearances also?
